Carol Fairman is a Broker Associate with Re/Max Metro, a firm which just celebrated its 20th anniversary in August, 2008. Carol began her career as a Realtor in a seaside town in Florida over 15 years ago. There, in addition to owning and operating her own real estate companies, she taught classes at the Board of Realtors and served on the Ethics Committee for years. She has also owned her own firm here in Louisville before joining forces with the Re/Max Metro team!

Wesley Fairman is a Realtor Associate with Re/Max Metro, and was literally raised in the business of real estate. Having been immersed in the business from a very young age, Wesley feels as though real estate is second nature! She’s been a licensee for nearly 3 years and can’t imagine doing any other kind of work.

A graduate of St. Francis High School, David attended Curry College in Massachusetts and the University of Louisville before launching his career in sales over 30 years ago. David’s areas of interest and intense study include Residential Real Estate, Distressed Properties, and Large Land Tracts.
